HUMAI is an educational organization focused on artificial intelligence and technology. The project involved a partial platform redesign with a dual focus: improving the end-user experience by reorganizing the information architecture, and strengthening the institutional digital identity by aligning the interface with the organization's communication and positioning goals. The role was cross-functional, acting as a bridge between technical execution and product strategy.
The challenge
HUMAI needed to update its digital presence without losing its established identity, reorganizing complex content (courses, programs, community) to be accessible and clear for different user profiles. The additional challenge was working in a hybrid role where technical decisions had to align with institutional and communication objectives, not just development criteria.
The solution
Analysis of existing information architecture and user-centered redesign. Interface updates with UX improvements prioritizing clarity and visual hierarchy.
