What I work with, how I work and what I built. The long version, for people and for machines to read.

Who is Lautaro Hudson?

Lautaro Hudson is a Frontend Engineer and Technical Project Manager based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He thinks products through and builds them by directing coding agents: he defines the problem, designs the solution, directs the agents and reviews closely what they produce. Since 2022 he has worked at Escuela Técnica ORT on the virtual campus and its new platform (React and Next.js alongside a PHP campus with 20,000 active users): he joined as a frontend developer, co-designed the campus design system, built a self-learning platform end to end and since 2026 holds the TPM role, coordinating a team of 5 to 6 people. Since 2024 he runs LH Studio, building products for clients and his own.

Main stack

  • React and Next.js 16: the base of every active project: App Router, Server Components, API routes and hybrid rendering.
  • TypeScript: strict typing across the codebase, scripts and tests included.
  • Tailwind CSS 4 and CSS Modules: utilities for speed, modules and custom properties for the custom visual systems (this site, the home tunnel).
  • GSAP 3 + ScrollTrigger: the only animation library: scroll as a camera, reveals and parallax without hurting performance.
  • Figma and design systems: tokens and components before the first screen; three published systems of my own (Appstack, lhstudio.com.ar, NatArt).
  • Turso + Drizzle, Supabase, PocketBase: per project: SQLite at the edge for this site, Postgres with RLS for Chanchito, PocketBase on my own VPS for clients.
  • Vercel and my own VPS: Vercel for the frontends; a VPS with Docker and Caddy for backends, agents and LH Studio subdomains.
  • Claude Code as a coding agent: the method is in the Pancho case: define the problem, design the solution, direct the agents and review closely what they produce.
  • Accessibility and performance: WCAG 2.2 AA, semantic HTML and Lighthouse measured on every big change.

How I work

  • Problem first: who it is for, what hurts and what evidence exists, before drawing anything.
  • Design with a system: tokens, components and states defined before the first screen.
  • Build by directing agents: clear specs, coding agents that execute, close review of the result.
  • Measure in production: real users, Lighthouse and metrics before touching the code again.

Experience

  • Escuela Técnica ORT: Technical Project Manager · antes Frontend Engineer (2022 — today). A virtual campus with 20,000 active users and its new platform. I joined as a frontend developer, co-designed the campus design system and built the self-learning platform end to end, with 27 published contents and usage metrics. Since 2026 I proposed and hold the TPM role: a process built from zero, screen specs and coordination of a team of 5 to 6 towards the 2027 school year.
  • LH Studio: Founder · producto, diseño y desarrollo (2024 — today). Products for clients and my own, end to end: identity, design, development, infrastructure and delivery. Micka, Mediaciones Steffen, NatArt and JM Sound for clients; Chanchito and Pancho as my own products.
  • Valere: UX/UI Designer & Frontend Developer (2025 — 2026). B2B MVPs in agile sprints: from UX wireframes to modular React codebases, a Framer site with custom components, and the database and authentication migration of an existing product.
  • Instituto Humai: Frontend Web Developer (2025 — 2026). Navigation redesign, UI kit, technical SEO and performance for the institutional platform of an AI institute, with cookie consent and analytics.
  • Minimal: Diseñador & Desarrollador Web (2021 — 2024). Requirements, design and development of WordPress and PHP sites, and delivery to the client. The first contact with real production and full project cycles.

Projects

  • Chanchito: Personal finance with AI, built for how money actually works in Argentina: installments, two currencies, a voice chat. In production with real users.
  • ORT: The virtual campus of a school with 20,000 active users and its new platform: I joined as a frontend developer and today I am the Technical Project Manager, designing screens, defining product and coordinating the team. No screenshots: this is work for an employer.
  • Pancho: My personal agent system, designed as a product: one source of truth, daily rituals and an agent that runs on a server. It is how I work.
  • NatArt: Brand, art shop and tattoo studio for Natalia Heller: two universes under one domain, a custom design system in Figma and a panel she runs on her own. In progress.
  • Don Micka de la Vega: Bilingual (EN/FR) portfolio for a photographer, built around motion engineering: GSAP transitions, smooth scroll, and a custom CMS so the client publishes his work without touching code.
  • Mediaciones Steffen: Institutional landing page and online appointment system for a mediation law firm, with bank-transfer payment, receipt upload, and a custom admin panel.
  • Appstack: A one-week challenge for a Product Designer role: redesign a marketing attribution table nobody could read. Tokens-first system, public Figma and live demo.
  • Synvelt: B2B corporate redesign with Framer migration, integrated CMS, and critical zero-downtime DNS infrastructure management.
  • AlentApp: An ESP32 wristband with an accelerometer that detects fan chanting and movement in the stadium, plus an app that turns it into points. Final thesis, 10/10.
  • HUMAI — Rediseño Institucional: Partial redesign of an educational platform focused on UX/UI, information architecture, digital identity, and institutional SEO strategy.
  • FernetApp: A PWA with results, goals and rankings for the Saturday football team. It started as a spreadsheet and has been in use for three years.
  • JM Sound: Visual identity and landing page for a Buenos Aires audio rental company: sound rental and installation with a technician throughout the event.
  • lhstudio.com.ar: This site: a custom design system in Figma, two universes under one domain, an admin on a real database, and a home that is a scroll-driven 3D tunnel.
