Description
Synvelt is a B2B digital transformation company that operated with an outdated 2019 single-page Wix site with no room to scale. The project involved a full transformation: a modern corporate design in Framer, CMS implementation for Services, Projects, and Products sections, and a zero-downtime DNS infrastructure migration.
The challenge
The original site was a static 2019 Wix page with no CMS, no structured SEO, and a shared DNS infrastructure hosting critical services: the subdomain `arxivar.synvelt.com` ran an internal document management system on a private server, and Google Workspace managed corporate emails. Any DNS migration error would have taken down the site, emails, and the client's document management system.
The solution
We designed the new site in Framer with an integrated CMS to allow the client to manage content autonomously. The DNS migration was executed with surgical precision: A and CNAME records for the main domain were pointed to Framer, Google Workspace MX and TXT records were preserved, and the `arxivar.synvelt.com` subdomain was protected by isolating it with its private IP. B2B conversion-focused copywriting was written and on-page SEO was configured with dynamic CMS variables.
Results
Successful zero-downtime launch. All critical services running without interruption post-migration. Modern, scalable site with structured SEO ready for indexing. Operational CMS enabling the client to publish new services and projects autonomously. Professional social previews for LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Documented roadmap for future Wix independence.
